ThomasBuysLand is a trade name of TJC Strategies LLC. This covers thomasbuysland.com and our mentorship.
What we collect
If you book a call, we collect the name, email, phone number, and answers you provide in the booking form. If you purchase, our payment processor collects your payment details. We never see or store full card numbers.
During mentorship we hold what you share with us: your markets, deals, comps, and the messages and documents you send.
Who processes it
Payments are processed by Whop. Calls are booked through our scheduling provider and held on Zoom or Google Meet. Day to day messaging happens on Discord and email. Each of those services handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep records of your agreement, payments, and our work together for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations.
Your choices
Email info@thomasbuysland.com to request a copy of what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
