Refund Policy

Seven day window
You may cancel and receive a full refund of amounts paid by emailing info@thomasbuysland.com within seven days of your agreement's effective date, provided your onboarding call has not yet taken place. No explanation required.
After onboarding
Once the onboarding call has occurred, or seven days have passed from the effective date, whichever comes first, the fee is non refundable. The substantial majority of what you receive, including our systems, templates, market criteria, valuation methods, and your personalized setup, is transferred in the earliest weeks and cannot be returned.
This is stated in the mentorship agreement you sign before you pay, so you know it before any money changes hands.
If something goes wrong
If you believe something was billed in error or was not delivered as promised, email info@thomasbuysland.com and allow fifteen days for us to resolve it before contacting your bank, card issuer, or payment platform. We would rather fix it directly.
Installments
If your fee is payable in installments, the remaining balance stays due under the terms of your signed agreement. Access may be suspended if an installment is not received on schedule, and the term is not extended by any period of suspension.
